From 9th August 2024, we are including pre-paid returns labels with all UK orders, upon processing refunds, we will deduct a returns fee of £2.95 per return for any items returned via this method

Please include your returns form with the package.
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you send back via Royal Mail special delivery or a similar tracked service that requires a signature.
We offer a full refund, exchange or gift card, if you return back to us within 28 days of your receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion.

Cost of return postage will only be refunded in the case of a faulty or damaged item upon receipt.

We will refund the card that the original order was placed on within 3 days of receipt of your return however the refund may take up to 10 days to complete dependent on the card issuer.

You will receive an email confirmation of the refund when it is processed.

Subject to availability you are welcome to exchange your purchase for a different size or another item.

If you are exchanging for an item with a lesser value we will refund the difference. If you have chosen a higher value item then you will have to place a new order and we will refund your original purchase.When we send out your exchange there is no additional shipping charge.

All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. Underwear can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the garments unworn. Returned items must be returned in the same or a similar sized box to that which they were recieved in. Items returned and forced into packaging which is too small, resulting in damage to the contents, will not be eligible for a refund/exchange and will be returned to the customer. Please note that purchases made in store must also be returned to the store.

In rare cases of faulty items, please contact us by email or via the contact form on the website. If arranged by the customer, please note that we will only provide a refund for the cost of return postage in the case of faulty items up to the value of standard shipping.
